This beautifully smocked dress is designed to grow with your child. A dress at first, then as a tunic with its hand embroidered ruffled bloomer showing and later on even as a top with pants. In our lightweight clipped chambray dot. *At 24m this dress changes to the big girl version. It ties nicely at either side of the waist and comes with a matching bloomer.
