Our Scottish Haggis is made with lamb, oatmeal, liver, suet, onions and spices. Our traditional production methods and peppery seasoning reflect Nick’s Scottish ancestry – the result is a quintessential Scottish Haggis that is a true taste of home.
Each Scottish Haggis is in an individual 12-14oz tube, and serves 2 people as a main course.
Traditionally eaten with neeps & tatties (turnips & potatoes), our Scottish Haggis is easy to cook, and should be gently simmered in a pot of boiling water for 30-40 minutes until steaming hot.

Ingredients: Lamb, oatmeal, water, beef liver, suet, onions, spices, salt, sodium lactate.
This is a fully cooked product and ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry-ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, it can be kept frozen for up to six months.
